Job Summary

• Reporting to the Rehabilitation Team Lead, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for comprehensive patient management including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention, and patient/family education for development and implementation of individualized care planning in the home setting. Opportunities include working directly in a multidisciplinary fashion, including specialty care groups such as Parkinson’s Disease, Covid Recovery and Post-Acute Stroke care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills in Speech-Language Pathology, with opportunity for clinical growth through education, in-services, and care management groups. This Home Care environment offers family-friendly, flexible hours.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Experience
  • At least one year prior Acute or Rehab experience is preferred.
• Licensure and/or Certification
  • MA SLP license. BLS required within 30 days from hire.

Compensation includes hourly pay for training, education, orientation, meetings, and other non-clinical responsibilities. Clinical visits are paid at a base rate of $65 per visit, adjusted according to case weight.
